PatientFlow has two ways of working - clinicians can build 'Pathways' to map out patient journeys, or PatientFlow can integrate with your existing systems to import 'Journeys' to give you insights into to real patient interactions.

A Pathway is a clinician created estimation of how much time each clinician spends with a patient. In PatientFlow, you can create Pathways using the intuitive web interface, and adjust them month by month to see how this would affect your demand and capacity. You can analyse your pathways by visualising the cost of each pathway, and how your clinical time is used.

Journeys are imported from data you are already capturing in your Patient Management System (PMS). As part of the onboarding process, we can integrate with your PMS or other data stores to import real data, and give you insights into how your clinical time is used.

Yes, PatientFlow takes security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we can implement Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and provide a Single Sign On (SSO) option. No Patient Identifiable Information is retained in PatientFlow, and we follow industry best practices for data protection.
